Household staffs shifted from Joka to Baruipur on 28/01/23
After opening, we are getting many damaged materials even now . During packing we insisted on proper packing . Most of the materials were not properly packed . The concerned staffs did not do it properly and insisted that is not required. This resulted in peeling off from one portion of a costly dining chair. Also scratches in almirah, other wooden furnitures. Poor handling of materials caused damage to the new floor in my flat . A few glass utensils are also broken . I came to know that the trucks travelled at a high speed . This might have caused more damage . I am not all satisfied with the end result.

Omsouth Packers and Movers এর কর্মচারীরা এতটা এক্সপার্ট খুব দ্রুত এরা কাজ করে। খুব সহজেই আমার চোখের সামনে প্যাক করে জিনিসগুলি প্যাক করে। এত তাড়াতাড়ি কাজ করা সত্ত্বেও কোনো ভুল ভ্রান্তি হয়নি। আবার তাড়াতাড়ি করে লোড করে স্থানান্তরের জন্য পাঠিয়ে দেয়। আমার মোট কটা জিনিস সেটা আমাকে count করে নিতে বলে। তারপর যখন স্থানান্তর হয়ে যায় তখন count করে নিতে বলে ফলে কোনো জিনিস হারিয়ে যাওয়ার ভয় থাকে না।
