After opening, we are getting many damaged materials even now . During packing we insisted on proper packing . Most of the materials were not properly packed . The concerned staffs did not do it properly and insisted that is not required. This resulted in peeling off from one portion of a costly dining chair. Also scratches in almirah, other wooden furnitures. Poor handling of materials caused damage to the new floor in my flat . A few glass utensils are also broken . I came to know that the trucks travelled at a high speed . This might have caused more damage . I am not all satisfied with the end result.
